There are seasons in art—and in life—when doubt creeps in and makes you question everything. In a world driven by social media, it’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison. I work hard to stay grounded, to follow my gut, and to create from the heart… but I’m human, and it’s not always easy.
So when Unraveled Academy named me one of 23 Artists to Watch in 2023, it felt like the universe whispering, Keep going. I was honored (and a little shocked!) to be recognized alongside so many incredibly talented creatives. It was the exact encouragement I didn’t know I needed—and a reminder that staying true to your voice does matter. Thank you, Unraveled, for the nudge to keep creating boldly.
DID YOU KNOW....
My standard sessions start at $600 for a one-hour shoot, which includes a professionally edited, downloadable online gallery—yours to keep, print, and share however you’d like. Want something shorter and sweet? I offer seasonal mini sessions throughout the year. Get on my mailing list to be the first to know when those become available!
Short answer: whatever feels like you. I recommend avoiding bright colors that might cast onto someone else’s skin, and tiny patterns that can get a little chaotic on camera. But at the end of the day, what matters most is that you feel comfortable and like yourself. Your outfit should reflect your style and make sense with the environment we’ve chosen—whether that's a grassy field, a grungy city corner, or your cozy living room.
I’m based in East Cobb (Marietta, GA) but happy to travel when the vibe—or client—calls for it. I have favorite spots nearby and am always scouting new ones. We’ll work together to find a location that fits: whether it’s close to home, matches the aesthetic you're going for, suits your wardrobe, or holds personal meaning (like your own backyard or living room). Some locations are free; others may have permit fees, which will be the client’s responsibility to cover.
Absolutely—assuming the location allows it. I love dogs more than most people, but be aware: bringing your pup will shift the dynamic of the session. They’ll need extra attention and may limit where or how we shoot depending on their leash needs, training, and energy level. I highly recommend bringing a handler (someone not being photographed) to manage the dog when they’re not in the frame—or when they’re over it.
Also, quick heads up: in my family sessions, dogs count as a person. If your session includes six humans and one dog, that’s seven...and we’ll need to adjust accordingly.
I deliver galleries within two weeks—and often sooner. I know how excited you’ll be to see your images, and I do my best to get them to you as quickly (and beautifully) as possible.
Well… this is Georgia, so rain happens. But don’t stress—it’s just part of the process. As a flight attendant, I’m a professional pivoter. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reschedule for the next mutually available date. I’ve never had a rainout that didn’t work out eventually. And if, for some reason, we absolutely can’t make it happen? I’ll refund your deposit. Simple as that.
The best way to book is to head over to my Contact page and shoot me an email with a general idea of when you’re hoping to schedule. My calendar is too fluid for a self-serve booking system, and I prefer a more personal touch anyway. Reach out, and we’ll get the ball rolling quickly and easily!
