Instead, I set the tone. I create an atmosphere that feels laid-back and real, guiding you through prompts and movement that feel natural—more like life, less like posing. We’ll laugh (yes, I fully lean into potty humor if it gets the job done), move, play, and lean into the in-between moments where the good stuff lives. You don’t have to know what to do—that’s my job. I’ll direct the chaos, ease the nerves, and lead the way with confidence, compassion, and creativity.
